BUYERS RIGHT TO CANCEL
- If for any reason an applicant is not accepted by the school, the applicant is entitled to a refund of all monies paid.
- Three-Day Cancellation: An applicant who provides written notice of cancellation within three (3) days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and federal and state holidays) of signing an Enrollment Agreement is entitled to a refund of all monies paid, less the non-refundable registration fee ($75).
- No later than 30 days of receiving the notice of cancellation, the school shall provide the refund.
SCHOOL’S TUITION REFUND POLICY
1. A student is entitled to a full refund if the student cancels the enrollment agreement or enrollment application within three (3) business days after signing. Less the non-refundable registration fee ($75.00) = $575.00.
2. A student withdrawing from the program, on days 4-5 of the program, is entitled to a refund of fifty percent (50%) $325.00 of the cost of the financial obligation less the non-refundable registration fee ($75.00)= $250.00.
3. A student withdrawing from the program, by days 6-7 of the program is entitled to a refund of thirty-five percent (35% ) $227.50 of the cost of the financial obligation less the non-refundable registration fee ($75.00) = $152.50.
4. A student withdrawing from the program, after more than half (50%) of the duration of the program (after day 7) is not entitled to a refund.
The school shall refund all monies paid to it in any of the following circumstances:
A) The school did not provide the prospective student with a copy of the Student Handbook and signed enrollment agreement;
B) The school cancels or discontinues the course of instruction in which the student has enrolled;
C) The school fails to conduct classes on days or times scheduled, detrimentally affecting the student.
** Leaves of absence, suspensions and school holidays will not be counted as part of the scheduled class attendance.
5. The effective date of termination for refund purposes will be the earliest of the following:
- The last day of attendance, if the student is terminated by the school
- The date of receipt of written notice from the student; or
- Ten school days following the last date of attendance.
If tuition and fees are collected in advance of entrance, and if after expiration of the 72-hour cancellation privilege the student does not enter school, not more than $125 (application fee) in fees shall be retained by the school for the entire program.
6. Refunds for items of extra expense to the student, such as uniforms, books, tools, or other supplies are to be handled separately from refund of tuition and other academic fees. The student will not be required to purchase these supplies until such time as these materials are required. Once these materials are purchased, no refund will be made.
Leave of Absence
Due to the length of the program, leave of absences are not granted. Students who need to withdraw for personal issues may do so and reapply to the course at a later date.
Course or Program Withdrawal
Should a student elect to voluntarily withdraw from the Program, he/she may do so at any time. The notification of intent to withdraw will not be considered received until provided in writing to the Program Director via email to taylormade@caringishealing.com or written notice delivered in person or via USPS. The amount of fees refunded shall be in accordance with the “Refund Policy”.
A student who withdraws for a reason unrelated to the student’s academic status after the 75 percent completion mark (10 days) and requests a grade at the time of withdrawal shall be given a grade of “incomplete” and permitted to re-enroll in the course or program during the 12-month period following the date the student withdrew without payment of additional tuition for that portion of the course or program.
Course or Program Readmission
It is the policy of this school that a student may be granted readmission privileges after termination for unsatisfactory attendance if the following criterion is/are met:
• There is space available
• The student has rectified the issue causing the attendance problem to begin with. (i.e. not having transportation, illness, etc.)
• The student commits to arriving on time to classes.
• The student may not re-enter before the start of the next grading period if terminated for violation of the attendance policy.
Apparel / Accessories
Invalid Address Policy:
Our customers will receive a courtesy email notification in the event that the carrier has deemed the recipient address to be invalid. Please note that if no response is given within 48 hours following the second attempt to contact the recipient, the parcel will be shipped out to the address given on file.
– Please ensure that all Suite/Apt/Unit numbers and respective abbreviations are listed in ‘Address Line 2’.
– If the recommendations above are not properly acknowledged and executed by the customer, he/she assumes all risk of not receiving his/her order.
– no refunds or exchanges will be granted. The customer will be responsible for placing a new order to receive his or her products.
Return/Exchange Policy:
No refunds, or exchanges will be granted for any reason with the exception of receiving the wrong product. Please refer to the wrong item policy for further instruction. If approved for refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Wrong Item:
At the Taylor Made Training Center shop, we believe that while accidents do happen, it is our job to own them by responding quickly and doing everything in our power to restore the trust lost in the process. If you receive your order and it contains the wrong, or missing item please contact us immediately via email at taylormade@caringishealing.com. In the email please include the following:
– Recipient name, order number, as well as a screenshot of your order summary.
– Also, include a photo upload as a source of proof that the wrong item was received.
Missing Package Policy:
If the carrier has deemed that your order has been delivered to the address on file, but you have not received it please check your respective leasing office and/or front desk if possible. If your parcel is still not found please contact us via email at taylormade@caringishealing.com for further instructions on how to file a missing package claim.
– Please note that when you place an order with Taylor Made Training Center, you agree to follow the proper protocol in the event of a missing package case.
– WARNING: do not place a chargeback request before reaching out to us, as this may forgo your chances of receiving a refund.
